HINE ANTIQUE XO
Hine Antique XO is a prestigious Extra Old (XO) Cognac produced by the House of Hine, known for its craftsmanship and high-quality blends. First created in 1920, Hine Antique XO is a blend of over 40 eaux-de-vie (distilled wines), primarily sourced from the Grande Champagne region, which is recognised as the finest terroir for cognac production. The XO designation means that the youngest eaux-de-vie in the blend must be aged for at least 10 years, although many of the components in Hine Antique XO are aged significantly longer.
Nose
Rich and complex, with aromas of dried apricot, figs, honey, and vanilla, along with subtle hints of spice and oak.
Palate
Smooth and luxurious, featuring flavours of caramelised fruits, toasted almonds, honey, and vanilla, balanced by delicate spice and a soft oak influence.
Finish
Long and elegant, with lingering notes of dried fruit, sweet spice, and a touch of toasted oak, leaving a warm, refined aftertaste.
