MOFFAT WOOD-FIRED GIN 50CL
Crafted in the Scottish Southern Uplands using a 60 litre wood-fired copper still, this gin is made with 14 botanicals including juniper, elderberry, lemon peel and heather tips.
The direct-fire process adds depth and character while the recipe retains a London Dry structure, resulting in a bold yet refined spirit. It pairs beautifully with tonic or stands well neat — an artisanal gin rooted in hearth, craft and place.
Nose
Bright lemon and citrus peel, gentle florals, subtle juniper and a hint of warming spice.
Palate
Bold juniper and coriander, peppercorn heat and warming cinnamon/cassia undertones, crisp lemon peel, and a hint of wood-fired warmth.
Finish
Long and warming, with lingering spice, soft heather-tip herbiness and a faint organic mineral note rounding off the fire-touched character.
