Produced at 20% ABV, it begins with a specially selected blended malt whisky, infused with ripe, juicy hedgerow brambles and left to mingle and mellow. The result is a beautifully balanced liqueur with aromas of honeyed oak and vibrant berry fruit. Delicious served neat on its own or enjoyed as an after-dinner liqueur, it also works wonderfully in a warming punch with apple juice, ginger and seasonal spices.
