BEN NEVIS 11YO WATT WHISKY
This 11-year-old Ben Nevis was distilled in 2015 and matured in an ex-bourbon barrel before being bottled at 53.7% ABV, yielding 300 bottles. The cask keeps a relatively light touch, allowing Ben Nevis's distinctive combination of fruit, wax, malt and mineral character to take centre stage. Ripe fruit and honey provide sweetness, while chalk, cereals, gentle hoppiness and spice give the whisky a slightly more rugged edge and plenty of distillery personality.

Nose
Ripe and stewed fruits with barley sugar, light wax, honey and a gentle mineral note alongside a hint of pilsner malt.
Palate
Waxy and textured with honeycomb, white fruit and cereals, followed by chalk, ginger, white pepper and a subtle hoppy character.
Finish
Medium in length with mint, pale orchard fruit, malt extract and a gently mineral dryness.
