BARBADILLO PEDRO XIMINEZ SHERRY
PX, the abbreviated form of Pedro Ximénez, represents the richest and stickiest style of Sherry available. The Pedro Ximénez grapes are picked and sun-dried, allowing the sugars in the raisined grapes to become highly concentrated. This process results in an ultra-sweet wine with a treacle-like texture and flavour. PX is often enjoyed poured over vanilla ice cream for a decadent treat.
