BERONIA RESERVA RIOJA 2019
After a meticulous harvest of their finest grapes, the fermentation of the Reserva begins. This slow, controlled process allows for the full extraction of colour and aroma from the grapes. The wine then spends eighteen months maturing in a combination of French and American oak barrels, developing its signature smoothness and complexity, followed by an additional eighteen months in the bottle before release.
