BODEGAS LANGA MITICO CHARDONNAY
Bodegas Langa's 'Mitico' Chardonnay is an expressive white wine from Spain's Aragon region. Crafted from biodynamically farmed, 30-year-old Chardonnay vines situated at elevations between 800-900 meters, this wine reflects the unique terroir of the area. Fermented in stainless steel at a controlled 16ºC to preserve its vibrant fruit characteristics, it undergoes no malolactic fermentation or oak aging, ensuring a fresh and authentic expression of the varietal.
