Produced in South Australia’s Clare Valley, this full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon from Kingston Estate combines generous dark fruit with classic savoury character. Aromas of blackberry, mint and black olive are softened by a touch of sweet vanilla. The palate brings rich blackberry and cassis together with ripe herbal notes and firm, powdery tannins. Matured in French and American oak, it is a natural partner for barbecued lamb, roast beef or mature cheese.
