Passitivo Appassimento Primitivo is a sun-soaked Puglian red made from slightly dried Primitivo grapes, giving extra concentration and depth. Rich and full-bodied, it offers bold dark- and red-fruit flavours with underpinning spice and subtle oak influence. Plush yet balanced, its ripe, jammy character is tempered by smooth tannins, making it a generous, approachable wine β ideal with hearty dishes, grilled meats or mature cheeses on crisp evenings.

Full-bodied and supple, offering lush plum and damson, red and black berry compote, a hint of raisin-like richness, with soft vanilla or cocoa warmth from oak aging.

Smooth and lingering, with mature dark fruit, gentle spice and a touch of earthy chocolate-tobacco complexity β leaving a warm, satisfyingly rich aftertaste.
