Santa Ema Amplus One Carménère is a premium red blend from the Maipo Valley in Chile, with a dominant focus on Carménère, complemented by Syrah and Carignan. Known for its rich, velvety texture and complexity, this wine reflects the intensity and elegance of Chilean Carménère while enhancing its depth with the other varietals.
Nose
Aromas of ripe blackberries, black cherries, and plums, with notes of black pepper, spice, and a touch of smoke and tobacco.
Palate
Full-bodied and well-structured, featuring flavours of dark fruits like blackberry and plum, combined with peppery spice, dark chocolate, and earthy tones. The Syrah adds a subtle touch of richness, while Carignan brings freshness.
Finish
Long and smooth, with lingering dark fruit, spice, and a savoury edge, balanced by fine tannins and a refined acidity.
