Crafted by the Robin family, who have been producing wine in Chablis since 1836, the 2021 vintage reflects the traditional winemaking techniques of the region. Fermented at cool temperatures and aged in stainless steel, this wine emphasises the pure expression of Chardonnay from the Kimmeridgian limestone soils of Chablis.

Nose
