PELLEGRINO MARSALA SUPERIORE

Pellegrino Marsala Superiore is a high-quality fortified wine produced in the Marsala region of Sicily, renowned for its rich heritage in winemaking. It is made using traditional Sicilian grape varieties such as Grillo, Catarratto, and Inzolia. Classified as "Superiore," this Marsala is aged for at least two years in oak casks, allowing it to develop its complex character and depth of flavour.

It can be enjoyed as an aperitif, paired with desserts such as pastries, fruit tarts, or aged cheeses, or used as an ingredient to enrich sauces and dishes like the classic Italian tiramisu. For the best experience, serve it slightly chilled.
